Author Cindy Safronoff gives an introduction to her narrative nonfiction story about people in Seattle who built churches and how they did it. "Dedication: A Centennial Story" is a unique Seattle history showing Reverend Mary Baker Eddy's influence, and colorful stories about events surrounding some of Seattle's most iconic architectural landmarks, how they were built and paid for. Women feature prominently in this religious movement that empowered women, founded by a woman in 1879, based on equality of the sexes. This is a 130-year journey, a true story of cooperation, innovation, and transformation, read by author Cindy Safronoff.
